Eat sensibily

The first thing you need to do is keeping hydrated. It is very important for our body to be hydrated, so it is necessary to drink 1.5L of water a day.

What we advice:

  1. Start your day with a glass of warm water and juice of half a fresh lemon
  2. Drink green tea (without sugar)
  3. Prefer steam cooking
  4. Eat whole grains
  5. Focus on fish and lean meats
  6. Stock up on fruits and vegetables
  7. Prepare good soups

Practice a sporting activity

Indeed, it is essential to have a healthy and balanced diet but to practice a sporting activity is important.

Take back the sport in a progressive way by practicing an activity at least twice a week. For starters, why not go for the stairs instead of the elevator, park your car further or organize nature walks?

Swimming, running, cycling, gym or at home, choose a sport that you like, you will be more motivated to go!

And most importantly do not forget to drink water during and after your sport as well as to do stretching at the end of your sessions.

Make soft scrubs, detox masks but especially moisturize your skin.

Hydration must be from inside and outside!

To relax, run a bath in which you add 500 mL of organic cider vinegar. This will allow you to evacuate toxins out of your body.
