You have two options: online booking on Cimalpes.ski or booking with the assistance of a travel agent.
To book online on Cimalpes.ski you must begin with a search of property and availability. The search engine located in the menu allows you to indicate your dates, resorts, number of occupants and if you prefer a chalet or an apartment. You will then be able to refine your search result.
Once the property found, you have the possibility to book it online by clicking on the booking button on the property's dedicated Web page. If it cannot be booked online, an "inquire now" button allows you to send us a request via the form. An advisor will then contact you to finalize your reservation. Online payment is highly secured.
To make a reservation directly with a rental agent, you can contact us by phone +33 (0) 479 898 898 or by using the contact form of the Web site Cimalpes.ski. An agent will then take into account your search criteria and will send you a selection of properties that can match your search. The reservation will be finalized with the same agent who will accompany you throughout the entire process.
Any cancellation must be notified by registered mail. The date of delivery will determine the cancellation date.
In case of cancellation emanating from the tenant, the conditions below will be applied:
For any cancellation for which the reason is justified, and in case Cimalpes is able to re-book the property after cancellation, the amount paid may be returned to the tenant unable to honor its contract. Any stay shortened or interrupted by the tenant will not give right to any refund.
However, when booking online on Cimalpes.ski, we systematically offer as an option the subscription to the cancellation insurance policy. This insurance is available for any rental of €10'000 (VAT included) per week or less. This insurance applies to both the cancellation or interruption of a stay. The cost of the insurance is 3% of the public rental price (TTC).
For detailed information, please contact our ski holiday experts.
If the agency finds itself obliged to cancel a reservation due to acts of third parties or external circumstances, the agency shall, if possible, find accommodation of the same category, or of a higher category, without additional invoicing, otherwise it shall reimburse immediately the entire amount paid.
A property presented as an "Exclusivity" means that the owner has entrusted Cimalpes and only Cimalpes the keys to its property as well as its management and marketing. This means that Cimalpes is the most direct link between the guests renting the property and its landlord. This is a reassurance criterion for guests who will know that Cimalpes has the ability to contact the owner as soon as necessary to meet their needs.
Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a login and password allowing you to access your online customer account where you will find information about your reservation.
To log in, you can access the identification page at any time by clicking on the icon in the menu. Or simpler, click on this link.
A cancellation insurance can be contracted for the length of the stay, it will be subject to a supplement, the conditions will be transmitted to the tenant on request if necessary.
All personal belongings of the tenant are the responsibility of the tenant.
With respect to the leased property, the lessee is liable for any damage it may cause. The lessee will therefore be required to have an insurance against the risks of theft, fire, ice breakage and water damage, and more generally for all its rental risks as well as for the given furniture and equipment, as well as for the neighbors' appeals, and to be able to show proof of subscription to an insurance contract at the first request of the owner or his agent. Consequently, the latter decline any responsibility for the recourse that their insurance company could exercise against the in the event of a claim.
