Chalet Marius
Marius is a new chalet spread over two floors and classified 4 stars. It is located in the residential area of Les Grassonnets, between Chamonix and the emblematic village of Argentière.
The chalet features traditional alpine architecture with a strong presence of wood that blends perfectly with the contemporary furniture. The openings towards the outside bring luminosity while enjoying the view on the summits. The open main room with its equipped kitchen, living/dining room and wood stove is the ideal place to meet up after a day on the ski slopes.
A large south-facing terrace offers a superb view of Mont Blanc.
The five bedrooms can accommodate up to 11 people, four of which are ensuite for an optimal comfort.
You will have the possibility to relax and eliminate toxins in the private sauna.
A private outdoor parking and a heated ski room with boot dryer complete the services offered by the property.

Cancelation policies
Cancelation policies
All cancellations must be notified by registered letter. The date on which the letter is presented will determine the date of cancellation.
Should the tenant be the one to cancel, the following conditions shall apply:
- More than 61 days: the deposit is kept
- Between 60 and 31 days: 75% of the stay is invoiced
- Less than 30 days or no-show at the start of stay: 100% of the stay is invoiced.
In the event of a cancellation supported by a reason, should the premises be re-rented, the paid amount will be returned to the tenant who cannot honor his/her contract. Stays begun and then shortened or interrupted by the tenant do not entitle the latter to any refunds.
Should the agency be obliged to cancel the stay in the building planned, due to factors caused by third parties or external circumstances, it shall supply, if possible, accommodation of the same category, without any additional invoicing. If the agency is unable to do so, it undertakes to refund immediately the totality of the sum paid.
