La Grange Martinel is a magnificent chalet located in a charming village, four kilometres from the authentic commune of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. As its name suggests, before being a high standing construction, the chalet was a barn that was completely renovated. The location of the Grange Martinel will make you discover the mountains through a traditional Savoyard village where peace and quiet reign. The nature is thus strongly present and will offer you a total change of scenery.
The chalet la Grange de Martinel has preserved its Savoyard authenticity by combining different wood and stone species, while adding a contemporary style of decoration that blends perfectly. The ceiling of the living room composed entirely of wooden planks offers a striking contrast with the stone wall and tiled floor of a similar tone.
The chalet la Grange de Martinel can accommodate eight adults and four children in optimal comfort. There are four double bedrooms, but also a children's bedroom which sleeps four. Each room is equipped with a bathroom.
After a nice day skiing in the Belleville valley, the chalet's facilities will offer you great moments of relaxation. The sauna will make you eliminate toxins, the outdoor jacuzzi will relax you in front of this breathtaking panorama.

Cancelation policies
Book this property with peace of mind thanks to our flexible cancellation polic
In order to make your stay in our destinations a pleasure, in the event of cancellation, we undertake to reimburse your stay in this property according to the terms and conditions below.
The refund of the stay and the costs incurred (deposit) are 100% refundable if the traveller is unable to travel due to at least one of the following pandemic-related scenarios occurring and effective on the date of the stay.
- If the government of the country of origin of the person who made the reservation forbids all travel abroad to France.
- If travel or border restrictions in France (ordered by the French government in response to the pandemic) prevent the person who made the booking from travelling to France.
- If the ski resort in which the property is located is ordered to close its ski lifts activities
- If the French government decides, up to the day before arrival, to impose quarantine restrictions on the country or geographical zone of the property for the period of the client's stay. This is on the condition that the client does not spend the quarantine period in the reserved property.
- If there is a mandatory lockdown and travel prohibition in France or the country of origin of the person who made the reservation.
If the client can justify being unable to travel due to at least one scenario related to the pandemic as described above in our cancellation conditions, a refund will be made according to the following modalities :
- The client can cancel their reservation at any time. Any deposit will be retained until the date of arrival and returned no later than 15 days afterwards if one of the conditions described in our cancellation conditions is effective at the time of the booked stay.
- If the client cancels their reservation, and on the date of their stay there is no restriction on travel and the resort is open, their deposit will be refunded solely in the case where the property has been re-let in the meantime. If the property has not been re-let, and the client still wishes to cancel, Cimalpes will retain the deposit, the stay is not refundable.
- A cancellation fee of 95€ will be retained.
