MÉRIBEL Snow, snow and even more snow To guarantee you the best skiing all season long, Méribel is investing heavily to improve snow conditions throughout the ski area. A doubling in capacity of the installations sees five new pistes benefiting from snow making cover this winter.

Family Cool: skiing and fun for all the family The Family Cool area, with its beginners pistes, play areas and entertainment, is perfect for families. The famous Inuit activity leaders will be on hand all winter to entertain your kids with games, shows and activities including eagle shows, introduction to biathlon, ice sculptures and giant inflatables.

La Saulire by Night How about an exceptional evening followed by a magical moonlight or torchlit descent from the summit of La Saulire? On the programme - private ascent by cable car, drinks whilst watching the sunset, then a descent on skis. You will be accompanied by ski patrollers and the piste will be freshly prepared for you.

SAINT-MARTIN DE BELLEVILLE Trapper Evening: explore the ski area by night As night falls, strap on your snow shoes, turn on your head torch and discover this authentic experience way of getting back to nature under the supervision of an instructor. To keep your strength up, there will be a break for dinner.

Piste Basher Ride: discover the mountain from a different angle. Head out with the piste service to learn how these skilled technicians do such an amazing job maintaining the pistes to ensure that we have the best possible ski conditions. From the warmth and comfort of the piste basher s cabin, spend an hour contemplating the magnificent mountain landscape illuminated by the setting sun. To round off the experience, there is a stop for an aperitif in a mountain chalet.

Yoga Classes for Skiers: yoga classes for all levels are available at the Maison du Tourisme. The sessions will prepare the body so that you can be more relaxed on the pistes. You will also learn how to properly relax your muscles after skiing in readiness for the following day.

MEGÈVE Ski Cross World Cup The men and women s Ski Cross World Cup comes to Megève on 31 January and 1 February 2020. Competitors will set off in groups of four down a course full of berms, switchbacks and jumps, with the first two finishers in each race qualifying for the next round. Come and cheer on the skiers - thrills and excitement are guaranteed!

BMW Megève Winter Golf Cup 2020 For almost 20 years, golf has been played in Megève during the winter. This international golf tournament, which takes place over nine snow-covered holes on the Mont d Arbois course, is simply unmissable. The dates for your diary are 30 January to 2 February 2020.

Megève International Jazz Festival The growing stature of this event is reflected in the array of famous international artists who have played here in recent years, including Norah Jones, Gregory Porter, and Marcus Miller. Des séances de yoga adaptées au ski !

À la Maison du Tourisme, des séances de yoga sont organisées, pour tous niveaux. Les séances préparent le corps afin de gagner en sérénité sur les pistes. Il est aussi question d apprendre à relâcher ses muscles après l effort et à récupérer pour le lendemain.

Megève Coupe du Monde de ski cross

Megève accueille l organisation de la coupe du monde de ski cross Dames et Hommes, qui se tient du 31 janvier au 1er février 2020. Les coureurs s affrontent quatre par quatre sur un parcours semé de whoops, virages relevés, sauts et les deux premiers de chaque descente se qualifient pour l étape suivante et ce, jusqu à la finale. Venez encourager les skieurs. Spectacle garanti !

Winter Legacy by Alexis Pinturault On the programme of this event, of which Cimalpes is a partner: starting individually or in groups of four, skiers will tackle a new course on the Combe de la Saulire, combining a sequence of disciplines - moguls, giant slalom, ski cross and a waterslide. After the racing there will be entertainment and a concert.
