A passionate team dedicated to customer relations



Cimalpes was born from the vision and aspirations of two mountain enthusiasts: Olivier Builly and Grégory Flon. Their backgrounds were different and yet complementary. After a first experience in the five-star hotel industry in Courchevel, Grégory started in the real estate sector in Méribel while Olivier was developing his real estate experience in Courchevel.

In 2003, the two visionary entrepreneurs founded their own real estate agency in Courchevel, the "Compagnie Immobilière des Alpes"—which quickly became Cimalpes—by instilling a service-oriented approach based on the 5-star hotel codes.

As they met with a great success in Courchevel and then Meribel, Cimalpes capitalized on its expertise and core business to become a successful real estate rental broker. In the last few years, Cimalpes expanded its presence to new resorts with the opening of Megeve in 2015, Courchevel Village and Méribel Village in 2016 and Val d'Isere in 2017. To date, Cimalpes has nine offices spread over five resorts in the French Alps – Courchevel, Megeve, Meribel, Val d’Isere and Saint-Martin de Belleville – and thousands of customers worldwide.

The guiding principle of our mission is the unique way of life that our customers can identify with in all the properties we manage.

A common criterion defines the range of properties of Cimalpes, from the studio apartment to the exceptional chalet: quality.

VISION As a local and entrepreneurial business, Cimalpes aims to develop its business in a reasonable and reasoned manner in the resorts we consider as "boutique resorts" while actively contributing to the dynamic and to the development of these resorts.

Cimalpes’ portfolio of properties is unique as it is made up of individual properties decorated and furnished according to their owner’s personal taste. Both vacationers and future owners will find a property that suits their preferences in terms of interior decoration and comfort.

Unique key holder. Cimalpes is the unique key holder of the properties managed in exclusivity. Owners entrust Cimalpes with their property, its care and its rental.

100% local. Each member of our team has a thorough knowledge of the French Alps. We live and work every day of the year in this environment and we have learned to understand its assets to use and transmit them in every relationship with a client or partner.

Our fees

The rental prices include our fees which are payable by the owner:
From 20 to 30% VAT included for exclusive chalets and apartments with or without service management.
The percentage of fees varies if the rental is carried out directly or by a commercial partner.
