Chalet Peyrlaz

Peyraz is a superb chalet spread over 3 floors located in the Bois district, close to the golf course and 4 km away from the center of Chamonix (5 minutes by car). You will be able to take advantage of the surroundings to rest and recharge your batteries. 

The decoration is a blend of styles: contemporary and authentic, which makes it an exceptional property. The combination of raw materials such as old wood and stone determine the character of this property. The authentic and sober decoration elements create a unique universe of this chalet. 

The main room including the large equipped kitchen open to the dining area and the living room, is a bright, warm and friendly space where you will love to meet. You will appreciate to gather around the fireplace after a beautiful day spent on the ski slopes. 

Five bedrooms as well as a mountain corner with bunk beds make up this property, to accomodate 12 people. These five rooms are ensuite, offering you an optimal comfort during your stay. 

For an even more relaxing experience, the private hammam will delight you. 

A ski room, a large garden with a view of Mont Blanc and a covered outdoor parking lot complete the services provided by this chalet.

Cancelation policies

All cancellations must be notified by registered letter. The date on which the letter is presented will determine the date of cancellation.

Should the tenant be the one to cancel, the following conditions shall apply:

  • More than 61 days: the deposit is kept
  • Between 60 and 31 days: 75% of the stay is invoiced
  • Less than 30 days or no-show at the start of stay: 100% of the stay is invoiced. 

In the event of a cancellation supported by a reason, should the premises be re-rented, the paid amount will be returned to the tenant who cannot honor his/her contract. Stays begun and then shortened or interrupted by the tenant do not entitle the latter to any refunds. 

Should the agency be obliged to cancel the stay in the building planned, due to factors caused by third parties or external circumstances, it shall supply, if possible, accommodation of the same category, without any additional invoicing. If the agency is unable to do so, it undertakes to refund immediately the totality of the sum paid.
